Adam Kokesh was, again, denied bail in DC superior court this morning. However, the Washington Post reports that judge Patricia Broderick is considering granting him house arrest with an ankle monitor, over the objections of the prosecution. The judge scheduled a jury trial for October 24th. There was a considerable activist presence at the courthouse this morning and friends of Adam were in the courtroom. By the end of this week, we should have the definitive answer as to whether Adam will be able to get out on bail or not.
