Requirements Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate administrative and record management experience. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Open, sort and circulate mail. Timeously retrieve patients x-rays and medical folders. File all patient x-rays, medical folders and sub-folders. Ensure the preservation and safekeeping of case notes and x-ray covers and the maintenance of filing systems. Handle all telephonic queries. Instruction to Applicants: Z.83 forms (obtainable from any Government department or westerncape.gov.za) must: Be completed in full, clearly reflect the name of the position, name and date of the publication (candidates may use this as reference), be signed, accompanied by a comprehensive CV, the names of three referees, and certified copies of ID, drivers licence and qualification/s.
