After listening to a bunch of feedback, we are improving the way the FwB envelopes ship out each month. We are working on adjusting our Friends with Benefits subscription service so that our customers get the goodies the first week of the month, instead of being shipped when their billing date is. This means, if your billing date is AFTER the 10th of the month you will be the next months envelope. For ex, your billing date is Feb 20, now you will be getting the March collection. You do not have to do anything with your billing or subscription; we are doing all the work for you. This will also help clear up any confusion around when shipments go out. And generally make life easier for everyone. We are working hard to make the subscription great for everyone and taking all the great feedback into consideration. Xo S
