Ah Ter fish ball noodle. Shiok! The set you see is the upsize big one, the pig liver was cooked just right silky smooth. The lard cruton was nice and cruchy freshly fried. When i ask chef Gilbert how he get the texture of the meat so good? He smiles and told me fresh, only fresh meats are used. None of those cheaper frozen meats, And he added I wake up at 3 am every morning to purchase the meats needed for the day only, that why they taste and feel so good on the palate!
