|[All the horrid things that comes out of being in Korea? 1) Trauma from childhood of my own teacher beating the living day lights out of me before, during, and after school - in front of the entire class at that - that when I transferred into my new elementary school when moving to the States, I was afraid for nearly three to four months at bare minimum that my new teacher will beat me up. 2) Surgery gone wrong. 3) All my plans with friends during the summer ruined. 4) Kept in the forsaken country far longer than I actually welcome it. Good things that actually come out of it all? 1) Hilarious teacher that actually knows how to make me laugh every single freaking day Im in class. Im the everyday typical average Joe that hates school/class. But because of this teacher actually knowing how to make me laugh even when in extremely bad mood, I actually (my dear God, I never thought there would be a day Id actually say this) look forward to attending this one class from Monday through Friday. 2) I actually get to spend time with my eldest aunt for several months because of a surgery gone wrong. (Did I mention I finally figured out who my top favorite aunt is? My two younger aunts - theyre...... O..... K....... I guess....? My eldest aunt? Never did I see my other two aunts as a mother figure like I do with my eldest aunt, which actually is a miracle. And my dad is actually thrilled that I like his eldest sister-in-law, which I thought he would be upset about since he has a sister of his own.....) 3) Im not the type of girl that actually gets along too well with other girls - majorly because all the girls Ive encountered talk majorly about only shopping, mani- and pedicures, make up, etc., etc., etc...... All those far too girly things, if you will. But I actually have made friends with 3 girls - 1 Chinese, 1 Japanese, and 1 French - and for once Im not having my ears being blown off with all the non-sense Ill have to normally put up with when having to force myself to spend time around girls that talk what sounds like nothing but gibberish to me. 4) Its both good and bad in their own ways, but Ill actually miss my three new girlfriends, whom I will have known in person for only a semester. And since Im never good with saying Good bye, I guess Ill be leaving them on the day that the final exam ends so that I wont have to face them on the Closing Ceremony at the end of the semester.]|
