Alright, so my dear friend and co-worker, Kris Phillippe, had an appointment with a guy at the Chicago Tattoo Convention in which due to Jims unfortunate emergency health issues that came up during that show she had to cancel the appointment. The client was informed almost immediately after she arrived at the hospital about the situation and he had replied to her with positive words of encouragement for Jim as well as what seemed to be an understanding attitude as necessity to rescheduling the appointment. However now, all of a sudden, rather than rescheduling, the guy is requesting his deposit back and being extremely rude and stating that she should have tattooed him anyway since he had driven to Chicago to get the tattoo done. He has repetitively sent emails to Kris that can be seen as somewhat hostile while in turn, all of Kris replies have merely stated our policies of not returning deposits but in the same aspect showing her willingness to reschedule with the guy. At this point, the person has become such a nuisance that Kris no longer even feels comfortable tattooing them. In my eyes it is unfortunate that some people have to be so incredibly insensitive when, what happened, was an uncontrollable emergency scenario. Am I the only one that thinks this guys attitude is unjustified?
