Another infographic for you. The data is slightly dated, but the fact remains: mental health stigmas need to stop! Naturally, Im a big proponent of supporting those in the realm of mental health, be it patients, their loved ones, healthcare providers, researchers, or those who seek to make a difference in other ways. Education, understanding, empathy and compassion could save a life, even one you love whom you might not realize is suffering.
