Another week we have made! Its Friday, but around here all that means is that we wont see you at the senior center for 2 days! Always makes us look forward to Monday! But lets not get ahead of ourselves...there is still lots going on today! The Red Cross will be at the Ball Senior Center. March is Red Cross Month so volunteers from the Red Cross will be speaking at the senior centers to raise awareness of all that Red Cross does in Central Louisiana. STAT Home Health will be at the Bolton Senior Center. Their staff will be teaching stretching exercises that increase mobility and flexibility. If your joints are achy in the mornings, many of these exercises could be just what you need to get moving! Forest Hill Senior Center will be having a mini-pool tournament. Wilda will be holding a dart tournament. Fridays lunch is: Shrimp or Turkey Chef Salad, Pasta Vegetable Salad, Tossed Salad with Ranch Dressing, Saltine Crackers and Joys Applesauce Cookie served with an ice cold carton of milk! And if youre interested, Mondays lunch is: Country Meatballs or Chicken Breast Fillet with Gravy, Steamed Rice, Steamed Spinach, Lima Beans w/ Peppers, Whole Wheat Bread, and Little Debbie Oatmeal Cookie served with an ice cold carton of milk!
