Apologies to any customers who have tried unsuccessfully over the past week to contact us. Due to a software issue that affected one of our systems last Thursday, calls have been taking longer to answer and therefore the demand has been higher. Investigations are continuing 24 hours a day into the system issue and it is hoped that a fix will be found soon. We also apologise for any call backs that have not been returned as we realise that some of these may also have been lost.
