Are we looking at another major screwup by HSE and Gardai in the making? First the came for the Roma, then they came for the Polish... How is it possible folks for a child to be missing if he is believed to be in the care of his mother? I could understand if the child was abducted from his father if he had sole custody but then the story would not be published. If a 4 year old child is involved in this case, it is obvious that the Cork HSE are involved also. The question is whether there is a court order or not. The HSE dont release pictures of children as we witnessed a few days ago with the child found outside the GPO. Gardai had to go to the high court for an order to release a picture. If there are no court orders, the story should be published before it goes to court because it cant be after the in camera rule applies. If the child was removed from the Care of the HSE its likely the mother will face jail. Either way the child will end up being the victim. The mother should return to Poland if there are no orders.
