Armed Robbery - 1st Deg Kidnapping Arrests- Henderson County Detectives from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit have charged the following individuals after a reported armed robbery and assault on July 30, 2014. The victim of the assault and robbery told investigators he had been contacted by one of the suspects to come to his residence and look at some construction materials that were for sale. Once the victim went to the location, he was struck in the face with a golf club and had a box cutter held to his throat. The victim was driven to a nearby ATM machine and forced to make a cash withdrawal and then driven to a nearby convenience store and forced to purchase cigarettes. The victim was released by the suspects and sought medical attention for a broken jaw. He has been released from the hospital. Both subjects are being held in the Henderson County Detention Facility. Lafoy “Buzzy” Ball is being held under a $316,000.00 secured bond. Eddie Ellenburg is being held under a $367,000.00 secured bond.
