As I woke this morning and felt the impulse to write this message I feel open, excited, anxious, scared, and willing to start something new with out any idea, story or outcome... Im in Burma, a few hours from departure to a forest monastery where I will be working on continuous awareness meditation or mindfulness of what arises within me for the next sixty days... So this message goes out to my friends that I will be in silence and am not going to be contactable until feb... So I send you love and kindness and I wish yous all a wonderful few months where deep nourishment, in the way its individually needed for each of yous, happens with grace and ease... N
