As many of you know I spend a great deal of time volunteering trying to make Rogue River Jr./Sr. High School a better place. I have recently become involved in the Rogue River Chieftain Booster Club. I was shocked and saddened to discover that the club has dwindled to only 13 members, that is unacceptable to me. I have been told that the highest member enrollment was 66 members(families). I have begun a membership drive and set a personal goal to enroll 100 new members ( I know, Im crazy). The Booster Club has always been there in the past supporting the Lady Chieftains whenever I needed something. The Booster Club provides a tremendous service to all our athletic programs. Through scholarships they continue to help our student/athletes beyond high school. I am asking for all past, present, future CHIEFTAINS and anyone that loves supporting sports, to please HELP me achieve my goal.
