As tragic as the racial divide seems to be in our country and around the globe right now - and I believe its terrible the way hate and fear has caused people on both sides of the issue to act and react. The unfortunate reality is that racial unrest wont be the downfall of our nation but rather the prideful dismissal of our reliance on God. Read the back of the book, these things are happening in front of our very eyes , having eyes to see, we see but dont understand Love is the only thing that can defeat hate and fear. Lets pray that we as individuals and us as a nation will get a revelation on the love of God. My heart hurts for all my black brothers and sisters because I feel the injustice they face. It isnt fabricated and often isnt provoked and we cant pretend it isnt still an issue, but it isnt one that will be resolved through groups demanding retribution or retaliation. Those things breed more divide. Im not ashamed or afraid to say Im sorry for the actions of misguided people in my race when tragic situations were perpetrated from malice. God please bring us together as One nation under You.
