At 12:45 after midnight, upstairs and downstairs of number 52 ( an 8th floor apartment) began slamming every door in the place and jambing the metal door against the trash shute. Upon stomping back to his apartment, the racist devided to shout out the window abusive language. The six month old naby in the apartment has been screaming and crying nonstop. His drugged up parents then proceeded to blast loud music from speakers wire up through the building. The music is deafening. Before midnight, there was silence. People were asleep and living normally. He is an animal, throwing everything out his windows. Anywhere else, this matter would be sorted, but not here. He is oppressed and whoa... Just chucked a pail of piss from the window, again. Truly, not right.
