Attention fellow campers: Some of you may find some comfort in knowing that I personally had to face off a very large spider that tried to hold me hostage on my own deck by sitting on my gate, shuffling back and forth while staring me down...I believe his was chanting something at me too but I could not hear him over my own voice and pounding heart! (I apologize to anyone who may have heard what was coming out of my mouth) I WON!!! I may be needing a new gate or atleast hinges and possibly a new shoe as well as some therapy but this creepy monster is no longer. I really think we need to come up with a volunteer group of search and rescue for such situations because I seriously barely made it out alive....
