Attention season pass holders: We appreciate you buying the $99 season pass. We however get frustrated when customers who buy the $99 season pass and dont opt for the insurance get mad when we wont transfer their pass to some one else or refund their money. We offer the least expensive pass in North America and then offer insurance to cover you in case you cant use it. We then further warn you seven different times there are no refunds or transfers. Do we not do a good job of explaining that the season pass is non refundable and non transferable? Please note that several of our Midwest competitors have lift tickets that are over 70$ for just one day.
