Autocar dc-10 was one of the most popular tracks to ever transport stone at the Marblehead quarry. First purchased in 1941 the Kelley Island Lime and Transport Company replaced the narrow guage railroad operation with a fleet of over 20 of these. The last survivor was no. 32 which sat abandoned in the old railroad and truck maintenance garage located in the central west area of the property . This garage is now gone after it was razed in the late 90s. It is not clear what happen to the last Autocar after this.
