CSR for an Inbound Telco account: Voice, Day Shift You are responsible for handling inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and post paid. CSR for Inbound for Hotel Reservation Account: Voice ,Night Shift You Handle inbound customer service support calls from customers. Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company. Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. CSR for Inbound Airline Reservations Account: Voice, Night Shift You Handle inbound customer service support call from customers.
