Back from East Coast Family Tour 2013. Our itinerary: 1) Saturday - Boy Scout National Jamboree at Summit Bechtel in West Virginia 2) Sunday - Eat at Sonic and drive to Virginia Beach to visit family and friends 3) Monday - 17th Street Surf Shop, Virginia Beach boardwalk. comic book shopping, another trip to Sonic 4) Tuesday - Colonial Williamsburg, Wawa, and dinner with family 5) Wednesday - Another stop at Wawa, drive to DC, visit the national mall and all the monuments 6) Thursday - Congress, National Archives, Smithsonian American History, Natural History, and Aerospace Museums 7) Friday - Access to the House Chamber in Congress (thanks to NY Rep. Brian Higgins), Library of Congress, Smithsonian Hanger (Enola Gay and the Space Shuttle Discovery), exploring the ghost town of Centralia, PA, during the night. Seven days, five states (plus DC).
