Barbell front squat This is another variation of the squat. Note how my hands are symmetrical in order to keep the bar steady. Also, Im looking forwards throughout the movement and making sure that I dont arch my back. It is important for your hips, knees and feet to maintain alignment. Sometimes I add a 5 second isometric hold to each rep to make the exercise more challenging. Youll feel this mainly on your quad, hamstrings and glutes. Roel
