Because the evil now exposed throughout the judicial corruption in the New America thinks every child, parent, taxpayer, and military person is an expendable, replaceable, life and a mere dollar sign. WE have to make that change now that its been exposed, and sadly that means armed resistance because all other efforts for over four decades have proven everything else to be entirely ineffective while nothing changes but the passage of time and the faces and names of the victims. ONLY when the kidnappers, perpetrators, and profiteers are as equally affected as those they victimize, will such atrocities stop! The pleas and brutal punishments of my own children are public record and we got nothing but that shouldnt have happened and nothing I/we can do about it. Now Ive met people all over the world who dont say too bad, so sad, nothing we can do about it. And I tell every one of them what I learned from the professionals I was forced to meet while being locked up for ransom by the Family Court corruption. That cesspool of evil now exposed simply has to be stopped. Title IV-D and Corruption “The federal incentives drive the system. The more divorces, and the higher the child-support guidelines are set and enforced (no matter how unreasonable), the more money the state bureaucracy collects from the feds. Follow the money. The less time that non-custodial parents (usually fathers) are permitted to be with their children, the more child support they must pay into the state fund, and the higher the federal bonus to the states for collecting the money. - Phyllis Schlafly “Social workers were identified as falsifying records and lying in court, and I heard horror stories from family court judges. The lack of transparency has harmed far too many families and children,’’ Kentucky Rep. Susan Westrom said. “Confidentiality has done more to protect the system than to protect the children in the system,’’ said Michael Nash, chief presiding judge of Los Angeles County’s children’s court. Kathleen Parker wrote: In the United States, a country where one in two children will live in a single-parent home at some point in childhood -- and where, each year, 1 in 60 sees their parents divorce -- we need to make some accommodation for childrens voices. “family court is a circus. Its a billion dollar industry in which the public, the average citizen’s interest, is lost.” ~ Former Family Court Judge Deann Salcido Judge Joe Brown, age 66, was sentenced to five days in jail after he challenged the authority of Magistrate Harold Horne and stated “This is a circus sir. “ Brown, a former Shelby County criminal judge, was in court to represent a client in a child-support case and experienced first-hand the intolerable egos, corruption, and falsified paperwork which is stealing children for profits, incarcerating fit, loving parents for “contempt”, and driving 50 fathers a day to suicide in the U.S. alone. This is EXACTLY what I and my children experienced and uncovered in the NH Family Court system. Judge Brown discovered the magistrate helped to falsify documents so it would read that he was jailed for child support violations instead of contempt ... an attempt to keep him behind bars longer! Its not a secret any more. WE have to make it stop and to that end every one of us “…with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. until we hold our children in our arms not less than 50% of the time and have the necessary protection and relief from this intolerable cesspool of interagency evil now exposed. And that means the kidnappers, perpetrators, and profiteers have to be made dead until they stop (because they think nothing of killing us and our children for money)! New York City Police Officer Martin Romanchick, a Medal of Honor recipient, hung himself after being denied access to his children and being arrested 15 times on charges brought by his ex-wife, charges the courts deemed frivolous. Massachusetts father Steven Cook, prevented from seeing his daughter by a protection order based upon unfounded allegations, committed suicide after he was jailed for calling his four-year-old daughter on the wrong day of the week. Darrin White, a Canadian father who was stripped of the right to see his children and was about to be jailed after failing to pay a child support award tantamount to twice his take home pay, hung himself. His 14 year-old daughter Ashlee later wrote to her nations Prime Minister, saying, this countrys justice system has robbed me of one of the most precious gifts in my life, my father. Never pay this extortion. It is just an excuse and profitable reason to continue to lock people up. I made the mistake of letting my friends raise $20,000, and then $13,000 the second time (all borrowed money). I wish I never paid a dime – as all their orders were illegal and based on unlawful termination of parental rights. It drove me into bankruptcy, foreclosure and near suicide or worse. This is extortion of money from friends and family. You are paying extortion money and rewarding the illegal behaviors of the court. Experts have agreed for over fifteen years now that sole custody is child abuse. Yet divorce judges award sole custody over 85% of the time making them the most prolific child abusers on the planet. Why? Because states receive BILLIONS of dollars annually from the federal government in matching funds for child support (SSA TItle IVd) and there are over $50 billion in annual legal fees generated. These incentives drive policies and determine the training of judges. Botton line: The divorce industry has evolved into a scam to plunder the estates of divorcing couples using children as bait. It has no ability or intention of doing a good job for parents and children. - victim Bob Norton God bless you, and thank you for your candor. The pain as you know is intolerable and takes a terrible toll mentally, physically, and emotionally. Even the US Supreme Court ruled that separation from one’s children is worse than long term incarceration, but that doesn’t stop the greed and corruption in the family court system, in fact it fuels it. I know very well how corrupt the system is. – Hopeless Steve Mercier (Steven Mercier: ncfm.org/2011/05/uncategorized/man-who-owed-child-support-so-badly-beaten-officials-feared-for-his-life/), Brian Armstong: oocities.org/prisonmurder/brian_armstrong.html, Wilber Streett: equalparenting-bc.ca/testimonials/streett-wilbur_RIP.htm.
