Been following you for the last couple of months. I was curious to know if your fighter ebooks were good for those who workout at home? I have a Olympic weight set. A bench press seat that allows you to remove the seat from the rack to perform squats. Leg attachment to do leg curls and leg extensions, pad to perform preacher curls and a chin up bar attachment to ceiling. For cardio I have a treadmill and stationary bike. Look forward to hearing from you. Answer: weights are weights wherever they are. Your gym is where you have weights. So, youre good to go:-)
