Busy busy day despite a late night last night and an early start this morning, gave Ayla a dressage lesson on Frodo, then 4 private lessons on my lovely ponies with some super new riders coming on board for lessons, stable management training for Ayla Forster-Blenkinsop and Jess in prep for their C test, good chat and a giggle with our Scottish lodgers who are staying with is at Cote Hill for the weekend-endurance rider John Thomson and his lovely horse Prince Omar who I wish luck on their 80km er race ride tomorrow , then I headed off to the gibside estate with Flame and Moon to spend a lovely evening ride with Jo Brown whilst she experienced her first pleasure ride, first gallop and first rosette...anyone who knows her just ask her about the steps we rode up- what a giggle...lovely day, long but very worthwhile, now off to bed as away to Northallerton ODE in the morning with Ayla and Frodo Baggins
