Buzz Worthy Beauty: Kohl Eyeliner Pencil in White. Highlighting the water line of your eye with a white eyeliner pencil is one of my favorite tricks to making your eyes pop, look bigger and brighter! Purchase a Kohl eyeliner pencil. It has a softer texture and is made of natural ingredients with a purpose of soothing, cleansing and protecting your eye against infections. Pencils from Dior, MAC, Chanel, Bobbi Brown, Stila and NYX are great choices. When applying, gently press your lower eyelid using the back of your finger just below your eye to see the lower waterlne. Start at the tear duct, making a V on your inner eye corner, and then glide along the rest of your water line. It may look stark at first, but you need to blink a few times to transfer some of it to the upper water line. This cool makeup tip will also accentuate the colors of your shadows.
