CANCELLATION NOTICE | We appreciate that sometimes its unavoidable and you have to cancel your appointment. However by giving little or no notice, it means other clients miss out and is also an inconvenience. Many other similar businesses operate a cancellation fee but this is not a route we wish to go down for a number of reasons. A solution does need to be found though as missed appointments, especially over a busy Christmas period, means I have to turn away clients unnecessarily. Therefore, from today, clients who miss TWO appointments within a 12 week period and giving less than 24hrs notice will be required to prepay for any further treatments. I hope you all think this rule is fair and understand the reasons behind it. Natalie x
