CRIME WATCH: Danville police have made a second arrest in the shooting incident of April 18th. Director of Public Safety Larry Thomason said that detectives were able to identify Joquin D. Washington, 19 of Danville, as being in possession of a firearm during the incident in the 1000 block of Moore Street and he was taken into custody around 9:30 PM April 21st without incident in the 1000 block of Moore Street. Washington has been preliminarily charged with Aggravated Battery with a Firearm and remains in custody this date. Anyone with information is being asked to contact Crimestoppers at 446-TIPS.
