CSI Sports Staten Island New York 10314 Position: Traffic Coordinator (Broadcast Traffic) Job Details This role will be responsible for a wide range of Traffic functions including creating and managing commercial logs, scheduling promos and allocating commercial spots. Responsibilities: •Create/Manage commercial logs •Allocate commercial spots and maximize available inventory •Solicit and input commercial traffic instructions from advertising agencies •Liaise with partner departments (i.e. Master Control, Programming, Production, Sales) •Perform daily checks to ensure accuracy of data input into traffic system •Provide sales staff with reports from traffic system as needed •Maintain commercial program formats in traffic system •Ensure accurate program timings on logs Skills: •3-5 years network Traffic experience •Experience with traffic systems required. •Strong knowledge of Excel a must •Understanding of ad sales process •Excellent communication and organization skills •Extremely detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to work within strict deadlines •Ability to work both independently and as part of a team •BA/BS Degree preferred ***Drivers license/car needed to commute to office at 900 South Avenue, Staten Island, NY Requirements MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS TELEVISION/NETWORK EXPERIENCE Please Apply with cover letter, resume and relevant experience to Rose, at [email protected]
