I wish I could right the wrongs and justice be served. Wicahpiluta Candelaria should be coming home tonight or tomorrow early. He should have a clean record. He was there for our Chief when she had to go to court for a citation issued by Forest Service Law Enforcement and celebrated when all charges were dropped. That is our wish for him! Everything dropped!! As the Chiefs sister said, Luta was arrested for breathing while Indian. That is racial profiling!!
