Coming Friday in Voice of the People: Regarding University Corners, I drive by every day, and it is a shame that the lot at the main intersection in town has been sitting empty for years. Why do people assume that everyone that lives there would drive to work every day? I have lived here for 13 years and it takes less time to drive home now that multi-unit apartments have been built right next to campus, so more people can walk to the university.
