I added that to facilitate access to those who could not read 3 Hizb daily, the Sheikh made a short Wird, the "Wird of 7" (because it contains the "small" end of the suras of the Koran and some well-known formulas to repeat 7 times) which is equivalent mystical reading of these three parts of the Koran. Age is not a determining factor because the Sheikh has recommended to all: there are different versions of the Wird, some more complete and other lighter: there is even a version for women and children.
