Congratulations Bebe Cool on your honorary appointment to the Cranes ambassadorial role. I am sure U will fulfil this post with honour. i guess its also a proud moment to the Phamily albeit indirectly as U are appointed as Mr Ssali and not Head of Gagamel... lets not confuse the two entities. Thats why I find it strange request being touted here for us to like the fufa page. Are they deserving of it? On that note....Unfortunately, the present FUFA administration is lacking. We would all agree and have aired our grievances at some point. It has received unprecedented sponsorship, both in terms of corporate grants and grants from FIFA. They have received more or less billions of shillings. All of this money has been eaten up with nothing to show in terms of development. After looting, FUFA shares with the Ministry and the NCS. Ministers are alleged to be eating with these people. All this has done a lot of damage to football. Since independence, we have never had an administration that is fit for purpose. Since the early 70s we are still waiting behind Rwanda Kenya, Sudan and the like to be represented at a continental tournament. Abysmal. Uganda is perhaps the only country in the world where our Fufa chairman post is glorified to a magnitude similar to, or greater than, that of the country’s best footballer. The whole thing is baffling. You can’t put a purpose to it. Big man, please dont get mixed up in that side of the mess, please please use ur position to bring awareness to the grassroot kids, use it to highlight the importance of sports to our youths health. Use it to promote Ugandan talent....something U urself have in abundance. Be a shining example of Ugandas talent and ambitions, do this and Im sure everyone even ur haters will hate to love U everyday. We are all football fans regardless. These are my opinions. Jah Bless.
