CrossFit Burke - CrossFit Level I will follow the Wendler Method for the Back Squat. Levels II and III will continue with the current squat programming. Seated db press will be done during the rest between squat sets. MetCon is all out effort. I: Back Squat (3X5+ 65%/75%/85%) II: Metcon (4 Rounds for time) 4rds: 100m Run 10 squats 7 box Push-ups Rest 1 minute II: Back Squat (Find 5RM) II: Metcon (5 Rounds for time) 5rds: 100m Run 15 jumping squats 10 Push-ups Rest 1 minute III: Back Squat (Find 5RM) III: Metcon (5 Rounds for time) 5rds: 100m Run 15 jumping squats 10 clapping Push-ups Rest 1 minute
