DAS: LISTED 5/5 Yard 33 Staffy X Female Approx 1-2 Years · In the cage: Stood and waited at the gate. No check in. · In the stand and ignore: Sniffed the grass. Focused on tester dog from a distance. Stood close to handler and did a bit of a quiet cry. Very interested in what was going on around her. · With withdrawal of affection: Enjoyed the pats, then just stood and watched what was going on. · Was happy to be handled Loved the pats. Easy to handle. Rolled over for a belly rub playfully. · Health: Nothing wrong. On heat (swollen vulva, enlarged nipples and some bleeding). · In the guide and place: Easy sit. Easy drop. · In the stranger danger: Confident and came forward for a pat. · In the kid test: Very excited to meet the kid. Leapt forward but sniffed gently. Might need bigger kids just as she could accidentally knock over smaller ones. · With dog to dog: Excited and a little tense. Hackled a bit on her shoulders and at the base of her tail. She moved away when tester wanted to jump on her. Is on heat so may not be her normal greeting style. · With food bowl guarding: Sniffed hand. Went back to eating. Moved body away from hand when it was near her rear. Easy to push from bowl. · With correction on the martingale collar: Great walking on lead. Sensitive to correction, although seems like she is not used to it so was a bit shut down after. · This dog is motivated by Praise · Training: Might know sit. · In the fence jumping pen: Just sat quietly. · Comments: This girl is very sweet and eager to please. She is very soft and loves company. She was good with meeting another dog, but was a little tense and moved away after she had decided he was too rude. Introductions with your own dog would be recommended. She walked nicely on the lead and responded well to positive reinforcement. She might be a bit excited with kids so older children would be recommended just because of her size, although there was no malice whatsoever and she was gentle after her initial excitement. She needs some basic training and with positive reinforcement should do quite well. A lovely soft girl.
