DDC is currently looking for a Finance Manager with the following skill set (Referrals or applicants please reply to my Inbox): Major Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Costa Rica and Free Zone financial requirements. Oversee accounting and budgeting processes. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and reports. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Establish and implement short- and long-range accounting department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff. Qualifications: 3+ years professional experience in a senior-level finance position. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Fluent in English & Spanish Knowledgeable in Free Zone accounting requirements & procedures. Knowledge of the Exactus accounting system. Work requires professional written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage direct reports effectively Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a four-year College or university.
