DISCOVERY FOR WOMEN As women, we love to have our things done immediately, e.g. house chores, shopping, picking up kids, meeting new friends etc But when it comes to walking with God, we need to learn about Timing. God intentionally delays our breakthroughs sometimes so as to develop the fruits of the spirit. ( Galatian : 5 v 22 ) According to the book of Ecclesiastes chapter three, which says: There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: A time to be born and a time to die, A time to plant and a time to Uproot, A time to kill and a time to heal, A time to tear down and a time to build, A time weep and a time to laugh, A time to mourn and a time to dance, A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain, A time to search and a time to give up, A time to keep and a time to throw away A time to tear and to amend, A time to be silent and a time to Speak, A time to love, and a time to hate, A time for war and a time for peace, God has made everything beautiful in its time. (NIV) My dear sisters, what are your heart desires? Do you desires to get married? Do you desire to have children of your own? Do you desire to have your own Partner? Do you desire that God should reconcile you and your partner together? Or that your unsaved children/Parents should be saved? Whatever you heart desires is, the Bible says in Psalm 37V4: Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart. (Amp). God can not be rushed, he works according to his plan and time table..........In due season we shall reap.... (Gal 6v9), Due season is God,s season, not yours. Our God is a God of purpose and he always delay our prayers for a reason, below here are some of the reasons for our delays: REASONS FOR DELAYED MIRACLES 1.DIVINE TIMING: God wants to do it in his time because it is only in his time that it is beautiful, if God do it in your time it will not be glorious (Ecclesiastes 3 v11). 2.Attitude: God may want you to work on some negative attitude for instance pride, unforgiveness, anger, Jealousy, idleness, talkativeness, bitterness and so on. 3.Investment/Education: God may want you to invest in your future so as to equip you for the work he has for you, in future. For instance God may want you to educate yourself in counseling because he wants to give you couple counseling in future, God may want you to be a teacher because he may wants to give you a children ministry in future. God may even want you to go into real estate investment because he wants to call you into business men/women fellowship and so on. Meditates: God always makes your destiny to be relevant to your destination Hence you need to seek his face so as to know the reason for the delay and want he wants you to do now. 4.UNKNOWN CURSES AND CONVENANTS Sometimes (not all the time) one of the reason for delayed miracles may be unknown ancestral curses and covenants, so you may to do some family research so as to understand if there is any curse operating in your family. How To accelerate you Miracles. 1.Pray without season 2.Stand on the promise of God 3.Confess positively your heart desires because confession brings possession 4.Challenge and break every known and unknown curses operating in your life or family life. 5. Do some self discovery on your self and amend things that you need to be amended, for instance, you may need to enroll in a school for some study so as to equip yourself for the future. Also, you may need to enroll in a gymnastic class so as to loose some weight, or you may need to do a study in anger management or stress management, if you have challenges in this area. At times, you may need to book an appointment with a trained counselor so as to deal with your current crisis or a life coach to train u on how to set some life goals setting. Meditates: God always makes your destiny to be relevant to your destination Hence you need to seek his face so as to know the reason for your delay.
