DON’T GIVE UP #TBJoshua “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: ‘For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.’ No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:35-39). Nothing can separate you from the love of the Saviour. What is your dark moment? What are your battles? If we fail to realise that there are powers that cause people to be bowed down in bondage, we are fighting the wrong battle. Bondage could be temptation, infirmity, all kinds of sickness, crisis, challenges or the situation you are facing. When you fight the wrong battle, the battle will continue. There is a force that wants you to be humiliated, embarrassed, killed, condemned, disgraced, out of circulation and imprisoned; you have to stand against it! Don’t give up! If gold must be gold, it must pass through the fire. To maintain the light, you must live in the dark and know what it is. When the light finally comes, you would be able to maintain it. Don’t wait until you see light at the end of the tunnel. If you wait to get to the end of the tunnel before saying, “Thank You, Jesus,” you will never get there. If you cannot say “Thank You, Jesus” when you are sick, you will likely not be healed. Tunnel is a symbol of the challenge, the situation you are facing. Your challenge could be infirmity, sickness, poverty, limitation, setback or temptation. These are tonics. Those who get to the end of the tunnel are those who say, “Thank You, Jesus” right in the middle of the tunnel. #LOOKINGUNTOJESUS
