Date: July 8, 2013 International Medical Sciences Academy, World Headquarters, New Delhi Welcomes you to IMSACON 2013 IMSA, World headquarters, New Delhi celebrates 31st year Annual Conference –cum –Convocation with Rajarajeshwari Medical College & hospital, Bangalore, Karnataka IMSA International Orations: The Academy has a tradition of bringing in eminence & specialization in the form of Orations at every IMSACON. The Academy selects biomedical scientists of eminence, who have distinguished themselves in their respective areas of specialization, are selected for delivering Orations under the auspices of the Academy and for the award of Medals and Prizes. The selections are made by the Committee, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Board of Trustees. It has been the custom through the years for an annual paper to be delivered. With the word "Oration" we associate it as a discourse of weighty matter delivered with power of rhetoric. The Annual Address has usually been upon the subjects of the progress of medicine, the relations and duties of the medical profession or some specific disease or drug. We too believe to call the diseases and wounds the material of medicine because it is about all that medical science is concerned. The Orations are demonstrative, deliberative and judicial.
