Day 34 of my 100 days of my happiness challenge. I’m taking the time to reflect on and to show appreciation of the good things that happened to me today. Happy that I was installed as a member of the Rotary Club of Avalon Park. This is a great opportunity and organizations to continue and increase my service to our community. I’m looking forward to working with this incredible group of community leaders. Happy that the staff at Ability Health and Rehab and Podiatrist Dr. Shane continued to help me in my goal to improve myself physically. Fit in a short workout and I am officially tired and sore tonight. Happy that in between and after the workouts that I could spend a great day with friends watching World Cup; cooking and sharing valuable time with Jacqui; and having conversations with 2 very important people in my life, Rod Durham and Jennifer SkinnyWrap Rogan. I love you guys and thank you for making my life so much better and Blessed. I wish I could thank everyone that has made me into the person I am today. Its been a rough but worthwhile journey. And its just the beginning. Happy that teachers/educators like Jimmie Ferrell and Pete Fisher have instilled in me a commitment to serve others and the meaning of Unconditional Love. The legacy that teachers leave is best described in this quote: “A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.” – Henry Adams
