Day 5 of no processed/packaged foods!!! ...feeling amazing, lighter, full of energy Breakfast: Smoothie (maca, cacao, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxmeal, coconut water, blueberries, spinach) Lunch: Grilled Chicken over bed of spinach, tomato with avocado, mushrooms Dinner: Egg omelet with shrimp, asparagus, tomato and goats cheese. Dessert: sauteed peach with Tamarin sauce Cocktail - Bourbon old fashioned made with tangello - no sugar, no cherry. Straight up goodness.
