Purchasing issues : Missions are: to setup all processes purchases, tools and methodologies with the support of the CEO purchase Group, the implementation internal processes audits, the definition and the follow-up of all the indicators of activities and results with the support of the CEO purchase Group, to assist the supply chain with the definition of the direct and indirect purchases policies, define the reports on procurement and usage of material for top management. to define purchase budgets, contribute to the conception of the customer offers, Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material. achieve sourcing in Myanmar, Malaysia, China, India… develop alternative local sources for imported raw materials and products which helps in cost saving participate of prices negociation respect delivery deadlines and in particular ensure that the program phases reviews manage specifics mandated suppliers, establish all agreements manage 1 local buyer Logistics issues : (Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain) Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers. Extensive experience in the strategic planning and transportation of products. Experience of liaising with forwarders and overseas companies to arrange collections. Able to negotiating rates with local contractors and also international tranportaions companies. Planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution. Possessing creative problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to ensure that products are delivered in a good state and on time. Experienced with implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse. Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the fluidity of stocks from warehouse to operational agencies Highly effective motivator with strong written and spoken communication skills. An ability to handle the pressures arising from having to meet deadlines and targets. Able to evaluate complex situations and find solutions for them.
