Dear Future Wife, The world is not an easy place, but together we can get through whatever comes our way, because we will be a team. Our motto will be “Together We Can.” I don’t know your life story or your past, but I am willing to accept you as you are. I want you to know what matters to me is not where you’ve been or what you’ve done, but where you’re going. We all have things in our past that haunts us or that we are not proud of. In other words, we all have made mistakes in life, but we learn from them and we move on. But before we can move forward, we have to put those things behind us and trust in God. In the spirit of being honest, I have a confession to make. The very thought of you brings a smile to my face. I look forward to the day that I can see your smile, hear your voice, hold you in my arms, and gaze into your eyes as I fall deeper and deeper in love with you. And loving you, without ever having met you, makes me want to be deserving of your love. So I wait for you in mind, body, and spirit. I must admit waiting for you isn’t easy, but I was taught that good things come to those who wait. Regardless of however long it takes, I am willing to wait for you, because you will be worth it since you will be my future Bride, my future Wife, my future Queen, and my future First Lady. Even though we haven’t met officially and we aren’t an “US” yet, the possibility of it all coming together overwhelms me with hope. I have always been a prisoner of hope, because hope is the best of things. When everything around us is falling apart, hope is what keeps us going in spite of.
