Dear Heavenly FATHER, I humbly come before and confess that I have sinned against You, that I have hurt You and others with my sins. I know that I have not always lived for You and I have done things which are against You. I am deeply sorry for all that I have done, and I seek Your forgiveness. I know that You have a great plan for my life if I just invite You to take over. Today I humbly ask You for Your forgiveness of my sins and invite Your Son JESUS into my heart. I so thankful that Jesus died for me on the cross to pay for my sins, and rose again, so that I can be at peace with You and enjoy the plans that You have for my life.
