Dear ladies Tonight I experienced for the first time just a TASTE of Menopausal symptoms. Apparently even though I have kept my Ovaries, the can go into shock at waking up to find its hormonal helpers packed up and left. So your brain starts shelling out menopause! This will even out over the next few weeks, but HOLY MOTHER OF GODDESSES! Do yourself a FAVOR! Run to your doctors now and get your hormones mapped. This will be your normal hormonal range that you will have as a weapon in the future. You will be able to choose hormone replacement of course, but if you do, wouldnt it be nice if you already knew your prime and very unique hormonal balance. DO IT. Seriously.
