Decided to do a separate workout for my quads & hamstrings during the first half of this week. This morning was hamstrings & calves, throwing in some heavy deadlifts at the start of the session. ✅ Sumo Deadlifts (5 sets, 5 reps) ✅ Seated Leg Curls (4 sets, 10 reps) ✅ DB Romanian Deadlifts (4 sets, 10 reps) ✅ Lying Hamstring Curls (4 sets, 10 reps, 3-1-1-1 tempo) ✅ Smith Machine Calf Raises (4 sets, 10 reps) ✅ Seated Calf Raises (4 sets, 15 reps) ✅ Horizontal Calf Raises (4 sets, 15 reps) What are you training today? #teamTIF
