Demand for September’s Warmer of the Month, Chasing Fireflies, has been incredible. To date, sales of this warmer have exceeded over six months of sales for Spring/Summer 2014’s bestselling new warmer, Zen Rock. As we communicated earlier, Chasing Fireflies orders placed on Sept. 1 will be shipped as soon as possible. We anticipate shipping all Sept. 1 orders by the end of September. Chasing Fireflies orders placed after Sept. 1 will be delivered starting in October or as inventory arrives through supplemental shipments. Our factories are producing Chasing Fireflies Warmers as quickly as possible, without compromising quality. It may take up to 12 weeks for some warmers to ship. To help you communicate shipping times to any customer who has ordered Chasing Fireflies, below is an estimated schedule of shipment dates from our distribution centers to you and your customers based on order dates. This estimated schedule may change, but we want you to know we are producing warmers as quickly as possible. As always, we will do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
