"Dengue Outbreak totally mistake of Delhi Health Ministry" Five dengue deaths have been reported so far in the national capital even as the total number of cases shot up alarmingly to near 1,000 mark. The Dengue spreads through air from person to person. Specially one patient admitted in the hospital and detection of Dengue through Rapid and Elisa test takes almost 3 to 4 days to start treatment. In this period numerous other peoples get infected. We conveyed Delhi Govt. DHS Director, Health Ministry Dr. A.K Walia and all the MS and HOD of the 42 Govt. Hospitals to setup the RT-PCR labs to stop the increasing rate of Dengue but the Govt. is not willing to understand and implementing the latest generation equipments in the jet age. Govt. (Delhi State) wants to keep Govt. Hospital in the primitive age. Whereas world is living in the jet age. As now in Delhi State the Dengue test is only known by doing Elisa test, which is not at all secured or gives correct report of the Dengue Virus. It can only possible by testing with RT-PCR Test. Which we ALtona Diagnostics Adt. Biotech Germany is a proven company of Germany, Singapore, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, China and Korea. We want to provide to the Indian Govt. Hospitals specially in Delhi State. We have been running that Pilot Project from 1st July 2012 to till now for pillar to post which is for providing latest generation RT-PCR equipments to the Govt. Hospital labs, which gives accurate result within 3 hrs and do not allow to reach the outbreak and reduced epidemic. Dr. Finn Zedler (Microbiologists & Virologists) from RENOWNED BERNHARD NOCHT INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE OF VIROLOGY AND MICROBIOLOGY. Who has studied problems of India Length and breath. Who has a detailed discussion and Audio visual presentation with the Directorate of Heath Services, Karkardooma, Health Minister but still the project for setting up Molecular Biological lab in Govt. Hospital is stuck up with RT-PCR. Though Health is a Priority area and we have been struggling to get the sanction even we are providing out of 12 item, 10 items investment by Adt. Biotech Regional Office at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Head Office at Hamburg Germany M/s Altona Diagnostics. THE GOVT. IS SLUGGISH TO GIVE SANCTION EVEN ABOVE INVESTMENT OF ADT. WE ARE GIVING TRAINING & HEAD COUNT BUT THE GERMAN DO NOT BELIEVE IN KICK BACK OR ANY KIND OF BRIVE. Why the Health being a Priority area not to be implemented by the Govt.? It seems that the Delhi Govt. is not serious about the health of Delhi state peoples. In many Govt. Hospital Blood testing labs have no proper equipments to test for the such diseases. As they are only possible by the RT-PCR and there lab room is empty. Such as GTB Hospital, Tahirpur, RGSS Hospital, Tahirpur. In spite of the desires of MS and HOD but the Delhi State Health Ministry is ignoring the total project last 14 months. The health Minister is interested only to purchase beds instead focusing towards the detection and treatment. The root of the treatment starts from the sample of the accurate blood test result, which RT-PCR gives result only 3 Hrs. Also indicate future of the virus can grow to which level and within what time. How many mosquito you are going to kill where THE BUILDERS AND SLUM AREA/ GARBAGE STORING ROOM IS OVER FLOWING WITH FILTH? ALL THESE THINGS YOU WON’T FIND ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. WHAT TO TALK ABOUT SINGAPORE? Where Homeowners in the city state are fined Sg$200 (INR 10002.40) if mosquito breeding spots are found in their homes. Repeat offenders can be fined up to Sg$5,000 (INR 2.5o lakh) or jailed for up to 3 months, or both. Anjali Ghosh Senior Marketing Coordinator, India Consultant Altona Diagnostic Adt.
