[Descriere] We found a land of 5000 square meters to rent, surrounded by a concrete fence, 3 meters tall, a stockroom already built (it needs only the door and to be built a little wall) and a small one room house that needs to be redone, but has electricity and water. There needs to be invested pretty much in the new location, first of all we need to make a long water pipe that will go to the dogs kennels, it needs to be redone the roof of the small house where the caretaker will stay, to built one or 2 rooms there, to buy kennels fence, cement, sand, BCA. We want to make some long padocs. And on the side of the padoc that has connection with the concrete fence, we want to make in every padoc, something like a shed, with beton and roof, in which we will put the dog cages.
