#Detainees Trip of Torment The same scene is repeated every monday in front of the International Committee of the Red Cross, where the families gather in preparation for the visit of their sons in Israeli jails bearing the torture of the trip for the anguish of meeting of their beloved heroes, sons, behind the prison bars in the unjust Zionist prisons. In the late night, and in the light of the bitter cold, mothers and children of the detainees leave their houses in a trip of torment in which they have to overcome several stages to finally see their awaited loved ones when they overlooking them as the emergence of the moon into a dark night where it lights on the birds when freed from their cages. First, the families have to gather on the main road at 4:30 am to wait for the Red Cross bus to collect them, and bring them into the building of the Committee. After gathering all families of Southern Gaza Strip, Middle Area and Gaza City, they perform the Fajer prayers and the Red Cross makes sure of the names and numbers, and then they set off towards the Erez Checkpoint. The families spend the time of the bus chating together about the conditions of their sons behind the bars, and about the needs they brought for them, and thinking of what will the jails administrations would accept or send back of the clothes and basic needs the families have brought and provoke the families using When reaching Erez Checkpoint, the only check point between Gaza and the Zionist entity dedicated for passengers only, the families have to be inspected strictly by the Zionist soldiers where they confiscate most of the detainees belongings which their families have brought, and use obscene language to get revenge of the families and use new methods of psychological torture. But the strong will and determination of the families will prevent the foil of their high morale. Then the trip proceeds with the families bus and a military jeep in front and another in the back of the bus, and head towards the prisons inside the 1948 occupied lands. It is worth mentioning that so called Israel had set up more than 22 prisons dedicated for the palestinians who participate in the resistance against the occupation and holds till this moment more than 6000 Palestinian detainees, among them more than 200 children and more than 20 women. The route from Erez to reach the prisons takes around 2 hours where the families of Gaza Strip regale their sights with the beauty of the historical Palestine which is occupied by the Zionist entity. The families feel this time as ages, where the elder people remember their childhood living peacefully in these lands before the Zionists took over it. When the families arrive to the prison, they face even more strict inspections by the jails administrations and there they hand in the belongings of the detainees, and only at these moments, mums would feel the pain in their hearts for the yearning of seeing their sons in which they are only few minutes away, but the delay of the jailers makes them feel it as ages. When finally the families are allowed to enter and see their sons, they are exactly running behind something was taken from your heart, while on the other side, the detainees will be like birds laving their cages towards freedom. Even though the whole meeting is 45 minutes, but the families will be very happy to see their sons and chat with them, and the sons would hide their pain of prison in front of their parents and try to act normal, but the mothers feelings would easily discover it. A very short meeting, but full of feelings and emotions, and the families have to wait for 15 other days at least to repeat the visit bearing all the pain and bitterness of occupation that separated the land and separated the sons of their families. But will never separate the will of Palestinians and will keep their high morale till the last breath to free Palestine with the support of the lovers and supporters around the world.
