Discipline is a must in all sports, especially martial arts... Here at Macskungfu East we instill discipline and focus into the students, especially me, Si-hing Aj, along with the excellent help of Si-hing Christopher Boles ...regardless of age, all student go through a specific boot camp week with me, thats similar to the military(think of it as a military for kids)... thats doubling the dicipline, and doubling the focus....we at Macs kungfu push our students to excel in what they are training for.... even though its hard work... they are ALL rewarded for their hard work and focus
